Expiry dates

Choose when a share should stop opening instead of relying on yourself to remember the cleanup later.

View limits

Frequently asked questions

Can I choose an exact expiry date?

Yes. Share controls support an expiry date, after which the link is no longer available.

Can I combine expiry with a password?

Yes. Passwords, expiry dates, view limits, and visibility solve different access problems and can be combined.

What happens to the source file when the link expires?

The share stops working, but the source upload remains in your library until you delete it.

Can I revoke a link before its expiry?

Yes. Remove the share from Studio whenever it is no longer needed.
